Timothy V. Randolph II, CEO
Timothy V. Randolph II started with Florida Energy Water & Air in December of 1993 shortly after graduating from UCF with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts. After 4 years in sales and sales management Tim was promoted to President in 1997, the same job he holds today. Tim lives in Apopka with his wife, Amber, and two sons, Tres and Ransom. Tim is a member of the Golden Knight Club and an avid fan of all Knight programs. Tim is very proud to lead the company his father started in 1990. He feels the dedication of the employees and management to customer satisfaction is what has led to the long term success of Florida Energy Water & Air.
Bob Hogan, President
Bob Hogan started with Florida Energy Water & Air in 1997, after dedicating 5 years to owning a small, local restaurant chain. Bob received his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Iona College in New York. From 1998 to 2010 Bob earned 6 promotions that led to his current position of Vice President of FEWA. Bob was awarded FEWA’s Manager of the Year in 1999, Employee of the Year for 2005-2006 and has earned multiple awards for sales excellence including Aquion’s prestigious President’s Advisory Council award. Bob lives in Oviedo with his wife, Randi, and beautiful daughters; Allie, Hannah and Carlie. Bob discovered early in his career that he was quite good at helping people and if he helped as many families as he possibly could, he would wind up doing very well for himself and his family.
Josh Lightfoot, VP of Operations
Josh Lightfoot began his career with FEWA in 2007 as a part-time employee in an entry-level position. Within a year Josh was delivering salt to customers all over Central Florida. By 2010 Josh was installing RainSoft products and became a model of excellence for others to follow. In 2011 Josh was again promoted: this time to a management position. Here he developed and oversaw more than 20 employees holding the position for over 10 years. In late 2021, Josh earned the opportunity to interview for FEWA’s Director of Operations role. He was awarded the position. In Josh’s 14 years he has received multiple dealership and factory awards for exceptional performance. In 2017 and 2021 he was voted FEWA’s Overall Employee of the Year. In 2015 Josh received the coveted RainSoft International Award for Excellence in Installation Management. Josh lives in Apopka with his beautiful wife Meghan, and 2 amazing children Ava and Killian. He enjoys playing and composing music, cooking, and traveling with his family. Josh loves developing and expanding the service, installation and water heater departments and looks forward to the growth on FEWA’s horizon and his participation in all future endeavors.

Set up a consultation with Martin and we were not disappointed! He was professional, knowledgeable and was absolutely amazing with my kids during his presentation. My boys asked SO many questions and Martin met them with informative and creative answers and a whole lot of patience for their interrogation. Needless to say, we were sold and could not be happier with our new water system. Whole process from start to finish was easy and surprisingly affordable. 10/10 would recommend.
John was really awesome and gave us lots of education about our water! We already knew we had excessive levels of chlorine in our water, causing us to have dry hair and eczema. After seeing and feeling the difference we decided to make the purchase! It was well worth it!
We recently received our water conditioning system and it has been marvelous. It started out with our water tasting a little funny and smelling odd when we washed our dishes. Richard came to our house and showed us how dirty and contaminated our water was. He was extremely nice, professional, and had a humorous tone. He was also very personable and we loved seeing him as the face of the company. He was the first person we met with Pure Water and he really set the stage for a lifelong partnership with some great people, a great company, and a great product.
They were fast and efficient. They tested our water and explained all of the steps of what they were doing and what everything meant. Installation was a breeze and they came back to check and made sure everything was up to their standards. If you have any water issues you should absolutely give them a call!
